Carla’s is also a great place to get a great haircut in the latest styles and is well known throughout the Dunbar-South Charleston, WV area as the best place to get fantasy color hair. Walk-ins welcome, but appointments preferred, especially for perms and coloring. Carla’s is open five days a week from Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30am to 4pm. Sunday is by appointment only.
